Spent a week in Switzerland… and on the flight back caught COVID.
Worth it? I spent a week in workation mode (finishing early in the afternoon so I could take a walk, we were in the Swiss Alps) which meant I read very little, and on Tuesday I started feeling a slight throatache that on Wednesday was confirmed to be COVID. I’m still quite under the weather (fever and joint pain), let’s see how long it takes to go away.
This is a long post but covers a lot of ground. In terms of scale, it manages to fix the problem for a product/engineering team of 40 people, which is on the smallish side. How would similar problems be tackled in a 150+ team?
Good recommendations. I started using an old iPhone (not extremely old, just a busted battery) as a camera and got an external microphone and these two make a huge difference (or so I am told, since this is one of those things that are improvements for other people to enjoy).
