4 minutes read | 722 words by Ruben BerenguelSpent a week in Switzerland… and on the flight back caught COVID.
Worth it? I spent a week in workation mode (finishing early in the afternoon so I could take a walk, we were in the Swiss Alps) which meant I read very little, and on Tuesday I started feeling a slight throatache that on Wednesday was confirmed to be COVID. I’m still quite under the weather (fever and joint pain), let’s see how long it takes to go away.

I love seeing weird and useful things you can do with SQLite. Litestream gives “for free” replication of SQLite databases, which means you can scale pretty nicely with it.
The ROI for manager training: Why it’s your best defense against the great resignation
The problem is, after certain level companies may think their managers need no training at all.
How to make video calls almost as good as face-to-face
Good recommendations. I started using an old iPhone (not extremely old, just a busted battery) as a camera and got an external microphone and these two make a huge difference (or so I am told, since this is one of those things that are improvements for other people to enjoy).
